• Collect monies due from members in coordination with secretary
  • Control collection and disbursement of money/funds
  • Maintain accurate financial records through a bank account- use a journal to record monies paid by members
  • Reconcile bank statements with expenditures
  • Prepare the budget for gatherings with the event organisor
  • Obtain all financial records, receipts and file them
  • Be a custodian of the finances of the region
