Secretary

  • Ensure meetings are effectively organised and minuted
  • Circulation of reports, agenda points and minutes
  • Checking that agreed upon decisions are carried out
  • Maintain effective records and administration- filling, compiling lists of names of active members, keep diary of future events, keeping record of organisation’s activities
  • Uphold the constitutional requirements of the group to be an active group
  • Communication and correspondence to all members- preparing reports of the annual activities for the year.
